At NexGear , we aim to make your shopping experience as convenient and reliable as possible. Whether you prefer nationwide delivery or free collection from our Johannesburg location, we've designed our process to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (SAST)
- Processing & Handling: 0–5 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday – Friday)
Once you place your order and payment has been confirmed, our team will begin processing it immediately. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive:
- A confirmation email with your order details
- A tracking number and a real-time tracking link

Delivery times are typically 5-10 working days after dispatch.
Important Information
- Deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays.
- We only deliver within South Africa. Please ensure you provide a physical address — we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Unexpected delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier disruptions, weather, strikes) will be communicated to you promptly.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:
- Verify that the delivery address matches the one on your order.
- Check with neighbours, security, or household members in case they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Contact the courier directly using your tracking number for more information.
If the courier confirms that the package is lost, contact us with your order details at warrekru@gmail.com. Depending on stock availability, we'll offer you either a replacement or a full refund.
